Glengoyne Summer Solstice

As the longest day of the year approaches, so does a moment of reflection and celebration. In this spirit we have been thrilled to announce our latest release, Summer Solstice 2024. 

Drawn from a Glengoyne 2008 Bourbon Barrel; this exclusive release, with a bottling strength of 59% ABV and a yield of 168 bottles, will be available exclusively to Glengoyne Family Members on the Summer Solstice at the Sun’s meridian - 20^th June, 13:19 (distillery time).

The tasting notes for this release are a symphony of flavours:

Nose: Raspberry and Vanilla, desiccated coconut, white grape, lime, soft oak, swiss meringue and dark coffee beans h

Palate: Fruity and syrupy, vanilla, strawberry coulis, banana, apricot and white chocolate 

Finish: Toffee and biscuit with refreshing citrus and gooseberry
